Still, in my opinion, the distraction isn't worth it. Two extra perks on the way to it is too much. And counterspell is also a questionable thing... Because there's no point in developing spellcasting if we don't have magic, but at the same time, using counterspell means we're not using magic... Besides, the enemy can remove the counterspell by casting something with a spellcaster creature.
