Confirmed. The sniper pack blocked the ore mine and half the respawn in addition. Somewhere until mid-second week I seemed to keep up the pace, then began to fall behind sharply. By the end of the game, the gap became indecent — the protagonist's parameters were one and a half times lower. At the start of week 4, with 8 angels and company, I tried to slip away to a free treasure zone for lucky utopians (since the opponent had devoured the second treasure zone I had scouted by the third week :)). But escaping from the Shakti and Gunnar combo didn't work out.
