I have a suggestion, although it's a bit off-topic. What if we create a special welcome email for new users? For example, when someone registers on the forum, they receive an email that says something like, "Here you can participate in tournaments: (link), here you can discuss game-related issues: (link), this is a thread for beginners, and here you can discuss issues with playing through Hamachi." I think this could partially prevent new users from creating new threads with titles like "[PROBLEM]" and so on.
