Deleb defeats Garuna and Haghesh in 95% of cases - but Deleb almost always loses to Shak.

Orcs are defeated by almost everyone, it seems :)

People just rarely play as Orcs, and therefore don't know how to play them...
For example, Garuna can handle heroes like Dyraelle.
Also, Haghesh has won against Iris and Oryn!!!
Shak wins against Oryn, Deleb, Axel, and sometimes Ravenna.
Razaz and Vittorio can compete with Haghesh and Shak.
Other cases also need to be considered - it's difficult against Gnomes and against the remaining Necromancers and Dark Elves.
