13 turns is the minimum number of turns required to complete this map (under the given conditions); even 1000 succubi might not help; it all depends on the first skill you learned, of course, assuming all other conditions are equal.

And what is that skill? :)
Also, could you dispel my vague doubts? I assumed that if you reach Gilraen faster, his army will be smaller. But I couldn't verify this. I only played Heroes 5 once, and now I'm writing a description. Is this true or not? You've played the map several times and have probably seen all sorts of things.
