[HMM V TOURNAMENT] "Ghostbusters"

Yeah, the activity in this thread is really overwhelming; maybe it's the summer. Anyway, despite the two online tournaments I'm currently participating in, I'm also applying for this one. Warm, sign me up. Now, regarding the rules, I have a few questions: 1. On day 29, all ghosts must be with the hero who was chosen at the start. The starting hero is Vlad. - Does this mean I'm not allowed to play with the second Necropolis hero that appears in the tavern, except for Kaspar, of course? 2. You need to collect as many ghosts as possible within 28 days. On day 29, all ghosts must be with the hero. - You've specified two different deadlines. Does this mean that day 28 is not the final day? Please clarify. 3. Monsters on the map cannot be recruited, except for level 3 Necropolis creatures. Don't even try to use diplomacy! - If you can recruit level 3 Necropolis creatures, then you need to develop diplomacy and use it. How will you track whether someone has recruited level 3 creatures from other factions and then converted them into ghosts? 4. Kaspar is a banned hero and cannot be used for the playthrough. He can be hired. However, using Kaspar's troops and dwellings is prohibited. Also, he cannot be left overnight; i.e., Kaspar must be fired, surrender, or be bought out on the same day he is hired. - Wouldn't it be easier to ban him altogether? Otherwise, how will you track whether someone has taken his troops and dwellings and then fired him? 5. It is forbidden to hack or use any programs (other than Heroes) to modify save files. - Please explain what these "Heroes" programs are that can be used to hack and modify save files. 6. It is forbidden to use any cheats or bugs. If there are no satisfactory explanations (in the judge's opinion), the player will be declared a "cheater" and expelled from the tournament and the forum. - In this case, you should provide a complete list of all cheats, bugs, and other possible violations because, as a judge, you are taking on very strict powers.
