Once again, I raise the issue of ideology. What is the essence of a Warlock? To cast the MOST POWERFUL Chaos spells. That is, if we make a Warlock-warrior and pit him against a Knight of the same level, the Knight will win. Why? Their armies are equal in strength. Because the Knight has warrior skills and few magical skills. And the Warlock is a mage with many magical skills (look at the "Skill Wheel").
Chaos only rules at the beginning of the game. In a prolonged final (I described a Warlock without magic specifically for a long game), Chaos won't help you in any way, except perhaps causing greater losses to the enemy. In a long game, brute force and darkness/light rule, but both schools are not ideal for Tier 3. Besides, the Warlock has an advantage over the Knight in the "Education" skill and in the city's artifact shop, so there should be no problems with artifacts for attack and defense.
