How can I help? Try shooting down all the fire elementals, and at the bottom, there are monsters; you can kill them too. It takes a very long time and is tedious, but eventually, you'll succeed. Keep in mind that the corridor leading from the pond with water to the exit is a fake. You need to open secret doors and kill the elementals.
