So, it remains a mystery to me why a new engine would be developed for Crysis 2 if the old one can't even run on a supercomputer. But honestly, I don't care about the tests and other things. What matters to me is the fact that now anyone, even with a fairly large budget, can run Crysis at the maximum available settings. That was my main point. Actually, a friend told me that there are supposedly hidden "Ultra High" graphics settings in Crysis that can't be launched right now, but when hardware capable of running the game with such graphics appears, a patch will be released to unlock these parameters. He said he read it on some gaming resource. I haven't encountered such information myself, so I'm not 100% sure about it.
O God of Earth and Altar, Bow down and hear our cry, Our earthly rulers falter, Our people drift and die, The walls of gold entomb us, The swords of scorn divide, Take not thy thunder from us, Take away our pride.
