Regarding the rating and tournaments, I think it can be easily implemented as a separate website (or on a subdomain), where you can track not only clan wars but also just rankings - it's not difficult to implement. This is another point for the council to discuss.

Regarding the second point, this needs to be taken into account when developing the new design.

Because of the third point, a whole department will be created to establish feedback with other communities.

The forum is nice, but it's cumbersome - a lightweight version is a must. I have a 25K connection with unlimited bandwidth, but I wouldn't mind having something that loads quickly :)
