Which castle allows for the fastest development?

I've never built Warriors in the first week of the game.

I usually build up to a Castle in the first week as well. The only exception is when playing as Tower, Dungeon (with the hero Shakti), or Conflux – in those cases, I prefer to upgrade to level 1 on the first day.
Also, when playing as Tower on a random map, I always build a watchtower in the first few days – it becomes useless later, but it allows you to immediately see mines. Without this tower, you can spend the entire first week searching for a lumber mill and ore on an L or XL map.:smile13:
