In my opinion, this also depends on the forum engine. vBulletin itself is quite heavy, and other forums using this engine don't stand out in terms of loading speed either. I think it's necessary to make the forum easier to use, even if it means making some sacrifices (reducing the maximum size of signatures and avatars, reducing the number of creature images in the profile, or even eliminating them altogether).

3) We will develop minor features that our community wants; there are opportunities for this (this is an open question – I would like to hear suggestions; we will save this point for last).

Some of this has already been mentioned. First of all, I think it's the chat. As for the emoticons, I support a complete transition to the Quip ones, as they are among the most beautiful and familiar to many.

As for reputation, I personally think it would be better to remove what we see in the upper right corner of each post and create a reputation change log in each user's profile.

I also suggest reducing the required number of posts to reach level 14...

Levels will lose their meaning if you remove the creature images in the profile, as you suggest. Unless, of course, you only make text-based titles... :)
