Not so long ago, I played with vbn in a Conflux game. In the first week, I placed the birds, and the second week was the week of the Firebird! We agreed that I wouldn't just buy out the 5 birds that appeared as a result of that week. It's hard to imagine what you can counter with 9 birds on turn 121.
They could give a Utopia near the castle, which would contain a Tier 5 Hat, Sword of Justice, Teapot, and something else... This is also extreme luck, but people still take advantage of it!
However, if most players have spoken out in favor of a ban, then it should be banned, and there's no need to worry about it!!! But still, the fewer bans, the better! This is just my opinion.
