I also disagree with the "War of Survival" map. It's never too late to change the "horses" even mid-game if there's a good reason. I think there's no balance in that map at all – it's like in "The Exes." Vip suggested it because that's the only map he plays, as I can see on the anniversary server...
P.S.: Vitaly, sorry, but it's true... I'm not "pushing" maps into the tournament that I use to "boost my rating on the anniversary server," am I?!
Added 21 minutes later When playing on standard maps, I personally get thrown into the anniversary server, like "in a storm." My rating gets messed up – no doubt about it. And recently, I "overheard" a conversation in the Proton game chat with Inquisitor. They say there's a way to "not worry about the rating" in such cases, but they won't reveal the secret. Maybe someone knows what they're talking about?...
Regarding the "War of Survival" map, there's only one bug – the attachment of succubi to the red player, but it's not critical and doesn't really affect the game, although Primus mentioned in the update that the red player with succubi should be at a disadvantage. Otherwise, I think it's a 100% balanced map, and if you want to avoid your opponent having an advantage on their home turf, just eliminate their mages and heroes. You've already been told about the rating – play on the training channel, it's the last one in the list. As for "not worrying about the rating," do you really need that? Proton gave me the full scoop on this, but I can't share information that was provided to me confidentially, so try asking Proton, or you can ask Raik:D. But my advice to you is, if you want your rating to reflect your gaming skills, forget about all these tricks, just play – win – and you'll get your rating:smile54:
