I agree that Lich and Dread Knights are probably stronger than their counterparts from the Castle faction at the same level, but the difference between archers and dragons is quite significant. In this case, as in most cases, it's best to judge based on the situation. And in the second game, the Necropolis faction is definitely much stronger.
