Which units would you replace in the Dark Elf faction?

I like EVERYTHING in THAT game!! (just need to increase the initiative of the Hydras)

They are too slow. Even when I attack a Castle, they rarely reach the enemy. Mostly, Archers, Furies, and Chaos Dragons do all the work.
