witches are good ranged attackers. I've always liked them.
But in the late game, it's no longer profitable to defend with hydras and cast spells, as there's an overpowered invisibility spell, with which having zero losses is not a problem, but a daily routine. This method, as you know, breaks through very, very much, and is quite effective, so you might not even have time to build cavalry when you're at the enemy castle's doorstep, let alone wait for 30 hydras.
