Which units would you replace in the Dark Elf faction?

Guys, why are you so hard on the Minotaurs? They hold their ground well and retaliate in counterattacks. They are good creatures. The only downside is that they are built after the Factory. I always build Hydras first, and use them to eliminate all the Barbarians from the map. (ATTENTION! I don't fight with unupgraded troops).
