He is one of the oldest players on the forum, he revived the World of Xeen, and won the first online tournament on our resource. But, most importantly, it was the opinion of the players themselves, which was expressed in the vote.
I contacted Alex R., described the situation, and told him about the vote. He agreed.
Next, with an equal number of votes, are Dubrovin Pavel, Pit, and Dreamcatcher. If anyone from the first seven declines, then we will need to ask these players for help.

Now, regarding the rules. I am making the proposed changes.
- It is forbidden to buy level 7 monsters that appeared as a result of the week dedicated to that monster;
- It is allowed to buy and use any monsters in the "mercenary camps";
