640Mb PCI-E GeForce 8800GTS

The video card is decent (I say this as an owner of one), but it's not the best choice. Judging by most tests, the video card is comparable to, and sometimes even performs worse than, the 8800GT, which is cheaper, plus it takes up less space (single-slot configuration). On the other hand, it doesn't have the most efficient cooling system, but as Nazgul stated, he's not planning on overclocking, so it will be more suitable. If we're talking about more expensive options, there's a similar card with 512MB of memory, but with a new core, and it outperforms the older model in all tests. I would recommend choosing newer models, specifically the 8800GT or 8800GTS 512 Mb.
