Do you like your internet connection?

Probably for the first time in over a year of using unlimited internet, I'm actually satisfied with it. At the end of May, there was a significant leap in internet development in Perm. Two leading providers introduced new tariffs. Both now offer the latest tariff plan, allowing you to connect to unlimited internet at a speed of 1 Mbps. They even talked about it on the radio. Well, that's a significant achievement. The prices turned out to be quite reasonable. Currently, I'm using this tariff and paying 700 rubles per month, while the old 128 kbps still costs 600 rubles, and 512 kbps costs a whopping 1200 rubles. The competing provider is pursuing a similar policy, effectively encouraging its customers to switch to the new tariff. However, what's starting to disappoint me is the constant network congestion in the middle of the day and in the evening. In reality, connecting to the internet in the middle of the day is quite problematic. Sometimes you can connect instantly, and sometimes you have to wait 10-15 minutes. This is frustrating and very inconvenient. Whenever possible, I try not to disconnect from the internet unnecessarily.
