There’s a problem with saving!

Guys, can anyone tell me what to do? Everyone is writing that they have problems with saving campaigns, but I have a problem with progressing through a specific scenario. We played for a long time on the hardest difficulty level, on a large map with a friend, and for some reason, when we launched the game the next day, it only shows some old saves, and none of our latest campaign saves. Moreover, there are 9 files in the save folder, so theoretically, these saves still exist in the system. How can I make the game recognize them?
