Do you know the Russian language?

You are one of the few who possess this elite knowledge, which is available to only a handful of people these days (4% of those surveyed). The second option: you are a graduate who was well-prepared to pass the Russian language exam. The third option: you are a tutor. Or you simply graduated from the philology department and went to work in a field unrelated to your major.*
