Creating character presets for duels in Heroes of Might and Magic.

Basically, I wrote about my problem in the online topic...
Now I've more or less figured it out, but the problem remains...
If I create heroes or maps, they are saved where they should be, but...
these files weigh only 1 KB, and naturally, they don't work (I tried using heroes uploaded in this topic - they work)
Help me figure out what's wrong...
The path contains Russian characters, but the GSC maps made in the editor are saved correctly...
Of course, the game is a licensed version... 3.0...
