Instead of picking up the 2 Confluxes on the secondary respawn on the third week, I decided to take Roman's secondary town. I took it, and then went to the nearby Hives I had spotted. I gathered 16 Vivi there, but in the meantime, Roman was approaching the Confluxes, and I was 2 turns away from reaching even one Conflux.

In the battle, I didn't have any mass spells, so the Angels, gradually taking retaliation, destroyed 30 Vivi, and the rest of the army, except for 30 Pr. Gorgons, and bought them off. My surrender followed.
