Would you be able to kill a person?

IMHO, killing is sometimes necessary, and sometimes it's simply unavoidable, but it's never truly just. Why do I think so? After all, it's always possible to resolve everything peacefully and avoid a bloodbath. It's just that the situation often escalates...

P.S. All posts about "Crime and Punishment" in general and about Raskolnikov in particular will be mercilessly deleted! :D They already messed with my head about it in school!!! :D
