Perhaps we should add that the starting hero is random?

The same should be done with hero-specialists in magic (it is forbidden to use Solmyr's Chain Lightning without building a 4th-level Guild of Mages).
As far as I know, in the seasonal rules, Deemer can use Meteor Shower against neutral creatures. Perhaps it would be best to make the tournament rules as close as possible to the seasonal rules?

Perhaps it would be good to explicitly state what happens if the seasonal rules change during the tournament (for example, if some inconsistency in the rules is corrected).
Evgeny, it seems to me that it would be better to sort out these issues before the tournament - otherwise, we'll just be guessing :)
