I like Equilibris. I don't play Heroes very often these days, and especially not Heroes 4, but Equilibris is more convenient. The Vortex disc I have is buggy and constantly asks for an activation code, while Equilibris runs without any problems. It's very small in size (I was afraid to download it, but then I realized there wasn't much to download), and the game becomes not so much more difficult as it does more interesting (I even started using the Summon spell... :)), and it's easy to install. I don't know about online play, I haven't tried it, but offline it's definitely better, in my opinion. Although I'm not forcing anyone to switch from Vortex to Equilibris, I just wanted to share my opinion as a fan.
