No matter how good the mini-artifacts and artifacts are, they can't catch up to regular warrior heroes.

But why would they need to catch up to warrior heroes? Warrior heroes don't have 2 schools of magic... With the help of mini-artifacts, we may not get much closer to the stats of a warrior, but we still have a significant advantage - we have powerful spells... So, in Heroes 5, mage heroes don't look as good as warriors, as they did in Heroes 3, but here they are equal:).
