During the Crusades, religion could be the main cause of wars, but not today. Now, those in power value fuel resources more, especially those that are running out. And where do we have the most oil? That's right, in the Middle East. Do you think the US started a campaign against Iraq for no reason? Are they plotting against Iran for no reason? These countries have their own customs and traditions, and their temperament is also not what we, as Europeans, are used to. They are very patriotic and are willing to do a lot for their homeland. Some are even willing to sacrifice themselves. But this is not just for nothing. Terrorist organizations must also arise for some reason. And the main aggression is directed against European countries, but mostly against America. But I don't think that the Middle East will start a war, even though Vanga predicted it O_o Although, the Americans are shouting at the top of their lungs that the war has already begun. The war on terrorism, of course. And who, if not the brave exporters of democracy and the main consumers of oil, can fight it? This is even mentioned in many games and films. Be that as it may, terrorist organizations should not be attributed to a state, as far as I know, they do not act together. At least, not yet :) It is unlikely that any serious terrorist attack will be the cause of a war. But it could be a pretext. Moreover, there is one, albeit modest, example. Everyone remembers September 11th and Iraq. But the Americans did not go to Iraq in search of terrorists and chemical weapons.
O God of Earth and Altar, Bow down and hear our cry, Our earthly rulers falter, Our people drift and die, The walls of gold entomb us, The swords of scorn divide, Take not thy thunder from us, Take away our pride.
