It's not that overpowered. First, you can only enthrall one stack. Second, if you have a good Light magic skill, you can permanently remove the effect with Antimagic. When I play as Haven against Dungeon, I always cast Antimagic on their strongest stack. Usually, it's a group of well-trained Knights. Also, some units can remove the effect.
