I'm not comparing Grechkin to Shakti either. Only Gosha can compare to him :). 60-70 goblins with 9 speed clear respawn pretty well, starting from crypts and small gnome huts, ending with naga banks on the second month. Not arguing that Gurney is cooler, but you still need to upgrade the ballista, while Grechkin kills everyone from day one.

It's better not to give snakes and air elementals from the third hero to wolf riders, because they have a penalty on rocks ;). Wolf riders with goblins (even unupgraded) will run faster than with flies on rocks :).

If there are external dwellings of wolves, Tyraxor is in no way inferior to Gurney, BUT you need to know how to play him, because wolves die like flies if you play carelessly. Tyraxor is hero #1 in TE (judging by the reports from the bay), because they get monster upgrades. Upgraded wolves are just beasts, they say :)
