Which artifacts are best to equip a hero with?

If we consider a battle, say, against Thunderbirds, I think the poisoned arrow is the least effective of all 5 arrow types.

I don't quite understand: what are Thunderbirds? Can you explain in Russian? :D

But I think that the poisoned arrow would be very useful in a battle against slow neutral creatures.
