Heroes 2 – Crashes when playing online (Windows XP).

Hooray! Finally, someone responded! :) We clicked on the shortcut properties and tried all the options. We were on the same provider's network, so we just entered the IP addresses. What is Hamachi, and what other options are there? I would gladly play! I just have little experience with online games (but a lot of experience with computer games :o).
