Now it's clear. I thought Kien and Vitalik hadn't started playing yet. If they have, then Vitalik is right. He has the right to demand that the game he started be finished. Kien, who started the game, should finish it. Or, with the opponent's consent, Dubrovin Pavel can finish the game that was started.
