Which artifacts are best to equip a hero with?

I would remove Slayer Arrow. You can use Web Arrow depending on who you are fighting; if you have Fire Arrow, you should definitely use it, as it poisons 2-3 enemies at once. In general, arrows are more useful for fighters and especially archers than for sorcerers.
