Necromancers are very well done in Heroes 5. The only thing is that the skeletons are slightly inaccurate. And regarding Nazgûl, you're right: it's a perfect match. They probably took the idea from The Lord of the Rings, but removed the horse and dragon to avoid copyright issues.
