[HMM IV OFF TOURNAMENT] The fourth stage of the John Van Canigem tournament

Please, write how you managed to defeat the enemy with a level 2 hero against 26 Cerberuses and 14 Gargoyles, and against 29 Mages and 66 Gnomes.
I would also like to see a tactic for fighting Water Elementals without using summons, illusions, or antimagic.

I haven't had such battles, and I don't remember encountering such units in my playthrough, at least not at the beginning. Please, specify the coordinates of these monsters, and I'll take a look and maybe I can offer some advice.
As for Water Elementals, it all depends on what you have available at that time. Usually, they are first weakened and then attacked by ranged units, occasionally healing or attacking relentlessly if possible, which is much preferable.
Of course, there are many other ways to have fun with them. :)
