However!

In HoMM3, there were 64 spells - 15 earth, 16 fire, 16 air, 14 water, and 3 general spells.
In HoMM4, there were 146 spells (!) - 27 chaos, 27 haven, 31 life, 25 death, 36 nature.

I might be off by 2-3, but the progress is obvious :( %(
