Wouldn't it be better to register on a specialized forum about hardware? There are many knowledgeable people there who can discuss, help, and do whatever you need. I was registered on one, and I had a problem with my system – they answered, helped, and, most importantly, everything was done quickly. IMHO, even if there are five people in this section, is that really a lot? And for technical issues related to the game, there are special sections.
