Skills require levels. So, what will a dispel from Haven give a Barbarian?

Okay, then you take the basic Life skill, and you immediately get Exorcism, which is useful... to get a couple of magic skills, you don't need to spend levels; a simple hut for Basic will suffice, and then a magic library; anyway, combat and tactics are combat skills...
Dispel is always needed; if a mage casts Berserk on some mega-unit near a hero-barbarian, he's doomed; no matter how much armor he has...
