The magic system in Heroes V [Discussion]

I don't remember exactly... but here's what I know: Travel spells are learned by everyone. The levels are something like 5, 10, 15, 20. One spell per level of the Academy, starting from the 2nd level. For the Portal spell, you probably need level 20 and to be in the 5th level of the Academy.
