Heh. Well, Orcs are a whole different story. They are extremely diverse. As far as I remember, in every fantasy setting, Orcs have always been born in some previously unknown way. In The Elder Scrolls, they are just another race, like Elves; in Warhammer 40,000, they reproduce through spores and were created by an ancient race as servants; and in Warcraft, they are from another planet and were used by demons to fight against humans. So, you definitely need a good bottle to get through this.
