Heroes 3 issues under XP or Vista.

My Heroes 3 runs fine without errors, but it freezes in the main menu. What should I do? Maybe I should disable the firewall during installation, but I don't think that will help. Another idea is to try running the game with compatibility mode.

Step 2: Delete and reinstall all drivers (especially for the video card, sound, and motherboard).

There's another idea – try replacing this file. I doubt it will help, but it's worth a try. You need to unzip it first :)
