Today I watched "We Are from the Future."
Well, what can I say? It's an excellent piece of work, one of the few Russian masterpieces. Although vodka was also featured in it :[br][/br] Regardless, the film is quite... psychological. Four guys... members of a guild, engaged in a rather delicate craft, almost perfectly reflect the mentality of modern society. Hmm... and that's how they ended up in the war. And from such a bunch of uncouth individuals, it turned them into people who bravely charge into a pillbox. But what stuck in my memory is the miraculously surviving "Fa," scraping the skin off his hand with a sharp stone to remove the hated swastika. That's how a shivering, frozen skinhead turned into a real person.
It's strange... many thoughts are swirling around, but it's not possible to express everything in words. That's the kind of film it is, I guess.
...As for my opinion about the war, I only strengthened my views. After smelling gunpowder, few will return to their previous state. Yes, some will start drinking... but the worldview in the country will change dramatically. And if we survive, well, it will probably be for the better.
