Well, I don't think that a flood will ever become cleaner; that's what a flood is for. It's the same as complaining about why landfills are dirty! That's what a landfill is for, haha.

Landfills also have rules that are followed.
And there are rules in the flood section, but they are a little less strict than on the main forum. And people still manage not to follow them.
