Something’s wrong with the key.

Hello everyone. I have a slightly unusual problem, but I found something similar on the forum, although unfortunately, I didn't find a solution. Here's the problem: I bought the Heroes 5 Gold Edition 2 DVD today. Inside, there are "codes for registration in the online game and, accordingly, keys for the 3 parts." I install it, launch ubi.com, enter the keys, and get a message that the key is invalid. I've tried entering it about 100 times, but it doesn't work. What's the problem? Was I scammed with the key? (It's a reputable store, and I always buy from them). So, help me:smile05:
