We used all restarts. My situation was tough (I only picked up wood on 117 and even then on the secondary hero), but Valeska got Logistics. 117 1-4 in the Citadel, secondary hero a Dungeon — all because there were no wood piles near the sawmill and it was blocked. However, in the second week both cavalry and angels were planned in the castle. On turn 121 Pavel offered me the victory.

I confirm, took all restarts. The respawn turned out poor, I came out to the secondary Citadel through roadless terrain. I wanted to take a mandatory restart, but Mikhail's secondary hero turned out to be in a different location. At home only Manticores with nothing else, decided not to continue...
