Necropolis or Castle (Which one is stronger?)

The problem is that the question is posed as "Who is stronger," not "Who is stronger under such and such circumstances." Also, I didn't quite finish my previous post; in addition to what I wrote about the map, it's also necessary for the players to be AI, not humans, because there are no two equally skilled human players.
