Skills and Super Ability of the Orcs.

The absolute level of a racial skill can only be achieved if the skill is at the expert level and the hero is wearing a mastery amulet. This applies to any race. There are no other options (cheating, hacking, etc. don't count). As for your previous post, Halfogr, I value education more for the bonus to stats than for the experience gain (although that's a nice bonus too). A huge attack bonus is guaranteed, and that's all an Orc needs. P.S. I was wrong about the Fury skill. It can actually be detrimental. Fury builds up faster, but it also depletes faster, so Fury levels are gained faster, but also lost faster. It's a double-edged sword, essentially. But I still don't give up on the skill and still consider it useful.
